Victime d'une arnaque ?

Après avoir réservé ce séjour, plus aucune réponse du propriétaire. Aucunes informations sur le check in. Une fois arrivée, le propriétaire nous a dit que le logement était déjà loué. Comment se fait-il ? Nous avions la totalité du séjour. "Je suis navré", voilà comment il a raccroché. Il ne nous a proposé aucune solution. Nous avons du gérer, seul, la recherche d'un nouveau logement, à 23h, un vendredi soir en haute saison. Du côté d'Abriter, nous avons multiplié les appels, les mails, devant réexpliquer notre situation à chacun des nouveaux interlocuteurs. Aucun suivi abritel, nous attendons toujours d'être recontacté. Ce qu'ils nous ont promis n'a pas été respecté. Voilà comment nos vacances se sont transformées d'un "séjour au ski au pied des pistes" à un séjour à courir derrière un service client et à la recherche d'un hôtel disponible. Merci Abritel pour cette expérience client.
