It's attached to the main house and thoughtfully designed for comfort and efficiency. The wood-look tile flooring gives the space a sleek and modern vibe without losing that cozy feel.
 
The bedroom has a twin bed, a full closet, and an 8-drawer dresser, plenty of storage for a short or longer stay. A wall-mounted 55" smart TV is already set up with WiFi and streaming access to Amazon Prime, Netflix, and more (all included), and there's a ceiling fan with a light to keep things cool and well-lit. There's also a small two-piece sofa in the bedroom, perfect for lounging or relaxing without hopping into bed.
 
The kitchen has everything you need: quartz countertops, a full-sized fridge, induction stove and oven, microwave, garbage disposal, and small appliances for everyday cooking. A foldable dining table and two chairs make it easy to sit down for a meal or do some work. There's also a comfy sofa to chill out on after a long day.
 
You'll find a quartz vanity in the bathroom, a full-tiled shower with sliding glass doors, and a ventilation fan to keep it fresh.
