Summary:

A central one-bedroom apartment near Baku Boulevard, the Old City, Sahil and Nizami Street for up to 3 guests. It has a queen-size bed and an adult-tested fixed sofa that does not open; exterior stairs lead to the second floor.



The Space:

The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. The main bedroom has one queen-size bed approximately 160 × 200 cm for two guests. A fixed, adult-tested sofa in the living room provides the sleeping place for one additional adult. It is not a sofa bed and does not open or convert. The dining table may be used for work, but there is no dedicated workspace. The apartment has an electric stove.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire apartment. The entrance, exterior stairs, and shared building areas are used by neighbors. Self check-in is available from 15:00, and detailed arrival instructions are sent before check-in.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is on Yusif Mammadaliyev Street in central Baku, close to Baku Boulevard, the Old City, Nizami/Torgovaya area, cafes, restaurants, shops, and main city attractions. It is a convenient location for guests who want a walkable city-center stay.



Getting Around:

The central location is convenient for walking, taxis, and ride-hailing apps. Sahil, Icherisheher, Nizami, and 28 May metro areas can be reached from the city center for wider travel. Parking in central Baku can be limited, so taxi or walking is usually easiest. Baku Airport is usually around 25–35 minutes away by taxi, depending on traffic. Ride apps such as Bolt and local taxi apps are widely used in Baku.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is on the second floor and is reached by exterior stairs; there is no elevator. The building entrance and common areas are shared with neighbors. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Smoking, vaping, pets, parties, and events are not allowed inside. Tell us before arrival if the fixed sofa should be prepared as a sleeping surface.

Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Subject to availability and written confirmation, early check-in from 13:00 and late check-out until 13:00 are USD 15 each; arrival before 13:00 generally requires booking the previous night. Luggage storage can be arranged for USD 15 per day. Airport transfer can be arranged for USD 25 for up to 3 guests or USD 50 for up to 7 guests. Optional services are confirmed only after our team replies through the booking platform.
