Amazing staff, really clean and beautiful location. Food was some of the best we have ever had and the breakfast is not to be missed!

Overall the stay was okay. There are very few options in this area and the other popular hotel is owned by the same company as this one. Check in was easy but you need to make dinner and breakfast reservations on arrival. Breakfast is a buffet so unclear why reservations were required. This is a very pet and family friendly hotel. The pool area looked nice but was a bit too busy to use. There were loads of dogs in the dining area. I don’t mind folks that want to vacation with their pets but smelling wet dog and hearing barking is not a pleasant dinner experience. The rooms are spacious but very cold. The heater works on sensor but didn’t seem to be working in one of the rooms. So cold you couldn’t see out the windows (frosted over) so no views. The rooms were clean and soundproof, which was good since we were on the first floor right by the public restrooms. Shower was very good — lots of hot water but steam lingered for quite awhile. Nice sized bar and seating area. Loch views from dining room were idyllic. Overall the food was average. Wouldn’t stay there again.
Heater wasn't working properly so it was chilly.Bathroom was freezing & has black mould in the grout both on the floor & walls! On the plus side the dinner on both was delicious & staff were professional & friendly.

Great views from the hotel and the staff were all helpful and friendly. Definitely a place we will be visiting again.
Room was pleasant enough although felt very cold ie needs soft furnishings or just something to make it less clinical. Booked the executive double and bed great but large space unused under the windows just felt a little cold and unwelcoming.
Also large amounts of cobwebs above bed in the corner and along the wall, clearly not getting cleaned properly
I booked this place for one night on our journey across Scotland, and I don't regret it one bit. The view from the room was amazing. The room itself was pretty bare bones, but you don't need much else when you have all of Glencoe out your window.
The restaurant was very good, as was breakfast. There is a grocery a few hundred meters away as well if you need to stock up on anything.
Would absolutely stay here again.
Hotel is looking a little dated in a few places and in the rooms. But it is very comfortable and the location is great. The staff were great. Really attentive and friendly. Food in the restaurant was excellent
My only complaint is that they put us in the very first room, right by the public toilets and the bar. As you can imagine our room was disturbed quite a bit till about 11pm
Stunning location and lovely hotel. The staff were fantastic, the food was delicious. The pool and sauna were working and great after a day of golf. The location was easily drive able. Recommend highly

This property needs major updating. The outside has beautiful views of the lake and a lovely trail but interior is really dated, smells and carpets need to be replaced.
Breakfast buffet was great and views from restaurant are lovely. Dinner was a disappointment as everything ordered was drenched in butter. However a short drive or 15-20 minute walk away was a fabulous pub.
Some staff were very friendly while others seemed stressed out. We were told that there would be a VIP gift at check-in or in room but nobody knew anything about it.
The facility is clean and cozy. The wide windows in our room have good view of Loch Glencoe. We relaxed in a pool and enjoyed excellent meal.

Loved the location on the loch. Fun for kayaking and as base for hiking Glencoe.
Property is a bit dated, the carpet was overly worn in the hallway, but minor issue. Rooms and bathrooms are nice and breakfasts had a huge selection and were tasty.
The property was stunning and the staff were excellent - can’t say enough good things about them. The breakfast was good, however the evening dining was not great - food was only okay and prices were very high. Wouldn’t recommend eating dinner here, although the view is something spectacular. Would have much rather had a drink from the bar and sat out to enjoy the view! It’s in a great location though with fantastic amenities and the room was very nice. The beds were rather hard though, but otherwise was still overall a good stay!

The view, location and free breakfast were all great! The rooms are a little dated and the bed wasn't the most comfortable, but we didn't spend much time there since being outside is the draw. The shower didn't have great pressure. The staff were all very nice and extremely helpful!
This property is a gem and the staff outstanding. The location is stunning and we could not have had a more pleasant experience. From the time we checked in we were warmly greeted with true Scottish hospitality and it did not end until we left.
Probably my favorite stay in Scotland. It's exactly what you'd expect in the highlands. Glencoe is just a great stop and the hotel did It's job as well. Wish we'd have stayed longer.
