My stay was good and the room was clean however the amenities were either not fully stocked or not available such as missing hand wash soap. The staff was polite and prompt to respond to our requests. Also worth noting that the TV in the room wasn’t functional and the staff also weren’t able to make it operational which I believe should be improved and has impacted our stay at the property.

First class customer service from arrival to departure including an offer to assist with carrying our bags upstairs and in exiting the car park when leaving. The room although near a busy road was very quiet and the bed comfortable. Great budget accommodation.

Front Desk are very helpful - I was a late check in, and arrangements were made in advance, and it was a very easy process. At the same time as I was checking in late, I saw Front Desk helping out another hotel customer who was a late check in due unexpected flight delay - they went out of their way to be helpful and supportive of the late arrival, and should be commended for that support

Mmmm, ok for an overnight stay

Ok for an overnight stop over. Some ‘different’ people staying there - had an interesting experience with a resident customer when we were there. Expensive for what you get

Right from the by the time we came back. was welcoming and the room was perfect for what we needed. We were very embarassed because we did not expect the room to be serviced and left it in a shocking mess that was magically tidied.
