Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

TERRIBLE

Got there with 7 adults 5 of whom and a 2 month old baby drove down from Johannesburg only to find it was not available and had received no documentation from Hotels.com for our booking. The service received from the call centres handling the booking was pathetic and we were just stranded with having to look for alternative accommodation for all of us
