Chegamos no hotel às 10hs, pedimos para nos liberar a entrada e mesmo o quarto estando vago não foi liberado, só queríamos deixar as malas e ir para praia, tivemos que deixar as malas embaixo da escada, de uso comum pois não tinha uma sala apropriada para esse fim, Café da manhã fraco.

Melhorias precisam ser feitas no hotel !!

O hotel é razoável, preço com valor médio para a cidade, mas precisa melhorar em vários aspectos: 1) Elevador sempre apresentando problemas: na semana que me hospedei, de 31/03 a 09/04/2022, o técnico esteve pelo menos umas 4 vezes fazendo manutenção, o que gera desconforto aos hóspedes e fazendo com que todos tenham que subir e descer pelas escadas para entrar ou sair do hotel. 2) Barulho constante desde cedo no corredor de acesso dos quartos, porque os hóspedes entram e saem durante o dia e de madrugada fazendo muito barulho, conversando alto, batendo as portas dos quartos e muito arrastar de camas nos quartos ao lado do meu (101) e no andar de cima também. Incomoda desde muito cedo. 3) Na entrada do hotel há um tapete verde bem grosso, o que dificulta a entrada e saída com malas pesadas, e as rodinhas das malas ficam meio travadas na psssagem em cima desse tapete. Ou tiram o tapete ou colocam algum tapete mais fino. 4) Pelo fato da Rua 2500 ser longa e os carros passarem bem próximos do hotel, o barulho o quarto 101 é extremamente incômodo, não havendo janelas antirruído. Além disso, a cortina blackout do quarto 101 bloqueia muito pouco a luminosidade da placa do hotel, que é bem grande com uma luz bem forte, o que incomoda bastante durante a noite.
