I was greeted by three police cars while pulling up to the property. While checking on there was presumably a guest who was integrated by members of the local police office. It made check in challenging and prompted me go seek another means to enter the building with my family to avoid the interaction.

We were sent to a room that was not cleaned and had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes. Hardly an apology was given for the oversight. We room and hall smelled of marijuana. Our neighbor was noisy and disruptive.

Rooms are clean and as described. Breakfast was perfectl, a lot of items to choose from. Not so pet friendly as there is a 75 a night pet fee. Also there is a $6 a night car fee, not sure why?

Upon checking in we found a note in the elevator stating that there would not be breakfast. We booked the hotel because it had breakfast included. We didn’t even see the sign in the elevator because we used the stairs for some of our trips up and down. The elevator was the only place that notified people. There was also empty bottles in the shower so when we went to shower, there was no shampoo left and the body wash was also empty. The bedding was also very thin and didn’t keep us warm and the pillows had zero support. We were mostly annoyed about the breakfast and lack of communication or effort to rectify the problem.
