Room is a little too cramped. Bathroom had too little room to place toiletries. Worst part is the faucet is way too close to the edge of the sink so my hands keep hitting into it. Everything is satisfactory.

We had a wonderful stay at Otter Hotel. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The highlight, however, was the pool — we truly enjoyed spending time there, especially with the stunning mountain view. The hotel is spectacular and has everything you could possibly need

The property is lovely, lots of areas in the hotel to rest or relax. Big fireplace at the main entrance and the hot pools are to die for . That outdoor area with fireplaces is set up for success and spa like. The restaurant was nice and staff were lovely . Only downfall is the bed was about a 3/5 . Shower and rooms 5/5 ! High price for the hotel but that’s the nature of todays market . Approximately $400 for the one night. Would recommend for anyone looking for a spa luxury feel stay .

Beautiful new hotel in Banff-Dining at Good Folk Restaurant on site was world class. Great balcony and nice rooftop hot pools for apres. A bit more attention to detail was needed on cleaning in the room but that was the only knock. Staff were all friendly and responsive.
