What an amazing stay! I loved this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful! The pool/hot tub made this stay even better and the best food we had during our trip was at the Good Folk restaurant downstairs. I definitely recommend it and will be coming back the next time I'm in Banff!

Nice environment

The location and the environment of the hotel is awesome. I like the hot tub with the mountain view. It would be prefect if the hotel could prepare three sets of cup and towel which I booked and marked there are three people to stay.

We always book at Hotel Canoe & it was fully booked, and the only available was The Otter, but it never failed to meet our expectations—just like Hotel Canoe. We had an amazing stay here!

Room was clean and towels replenished everyday. The hot tub area is lovely with a view of the mountains, we were there almost everyday. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Staff was great. A little far from the downtown shopping area but the hotel provides free ROAM passes so it’s just a quick bus ride away or about a 15-20 min walk. Free parking onsite was a bonus as well as complimentary locally sourced coffee in our room.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Definitely old world charm, and beautiful flower arrangements about. The afternoon tea was delightful as well as the breakfast buffet. We also enjoyed a fabulous five star dinner at the restaurant. We’re already planning a trip back next year. 🌲🍂
