The rooms were great, we had a loft and it was awesome. Balcony was very nice as well. The bathroom and shower were also very nice. One block off the main road so easy walk and they had a nice little parking garage there.

We went to Banff for our 16th wedding anniversary! We brought our 5 year old son with us for his very first time to Banff, and so we selected Peaks Hotel and Suites because Peaks had a suite with a separate area for us to sleep in (a loft bedroom) and a pull out (very comfy!) sofa bed for our 5 year old son to sleep in below. Our room was spotlessly clean, had beautiful amenities, a lovely wee kitchen area with everything we needed, a great bathroom, amazing electric floor-to-ceiling blackout drapes, and the cherry on top was that Banff Ave and all our favourite places were just steps away! We highly recommend Peaks Hotel and Suites!

Wonderful Hotel Experience

Peaks is a perfect stay. It is centrally located in Banff with wonderful restaurants all around. The interior design is impressively tied to the beautiful surroundings and the sister hotel across the street has the best steamroom. I would stay at Peaks again and again…I don’t think it can be beat at the price point.

Such a nice hotel. Safe and very convenient. Also they have such a friendly staff. Their coffee machine in the common area gives you a great tasting coffee. Only thing that bothers me was the missing exhaust fan in the bathroom.
