This spacious, beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 3-bath home offers 2,052 square feet designed for connection, comfort, and fun, sleeping up to 10 guests with room for everyone to spread out while still feeling together. Sleeping arrangements include a king and queen on the main level, a queen and two twins upstairs, plus additional beds in the game room, perfect for kids or extra guests.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the property with exception of owner/cleaner supply closets.



The Neighborhood:

Located right off Beech Mountain Parkway, this home offers easy access to the best of the High Country. Beech Mountain Resort is just 2 miles away, offering skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and summer mountain biking. The Land of Oz theme park is right nearby and open seasonally for a magical family experience.



Downtown Banner Elk is about 15 minutes away with restaurants, breweries, wineries, and the beloved Apple Hill Farm. Sugar Mountain Resort is just 20 minutes away, and Grandfather Mountain—with its famous Mile High Swinging Bridge—is about a 30-minute drive.



Blowing Rock and its shops, attractions, and the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway are within 30 minutes. If you're attending a wedding or event, the Overlook Barn is just 3.5 miles down the road.



Getting Around:

Winter Weather & Mountain Travel Notice



During the winter months, weather conditions in Banner Elk, Beech Mountain, and Sugar Mountain can be unpredictable. Snow, ice, high winds, and rapidly changing road conditions are common and should be expected when traveling to and from the property.



For your safety and ease of travel, we strongly recommend arriving in a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle during winter months. Snow chains may also be necessary depending on conditions. Guests are responsible for monitoring weather forecasts, road conditions, and state travel advisories prior to departure and during travel.



We strongly recommend planning your arrival for around 4:00 PM while daylight is still available. Mountain roads can become significantly more difficult to navigate after dark, especially during or after winter weather events.



While we make reasonable efforts to clear driveways and walkways, snow removal is not guaranteed, especially during active snowfall or severe weather conditions. Natural snowfall may accumulate faster than it can be safely cleared. Snow shovels are provided for guest use so you can clear additional accumulation to your preference.



Mountain travel may be slower than expected, and road closures or delays can occur without notice. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment in case of weather-related travel interruptions.

Other Things to Note:

Dogs are welcome with approval, please let us know in advance. This home is perfect for families or small groups, but we do not allow parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.



Snow is part of the charm in winter, but it also means the mountain weather can be unpredictable. Be prepared with appropriate vehicles if visiting during the snowy season.
