There is no better feeling than hearing the sounds of nature, smelling the forest as it glistens under the moon, and gazing at the majestic mountain views in seclusion and privacy...while the children are playing in the expansive game room as you deepen your state of relaxation.

It's the beautiful mountain views on an expansive 2 acres surrounded by elk that give this Lodge its name (The Elk Lodge); it's the freedom of being in constant serenity that gives it its spirit.

The Elk Lodge is a 6 bedroom 5.5 bath Lodge situated at the top of a mountain on 2 acres with majestic long-range views. The Lodge is FULLY LOADED with everything you could possibly need, from cookie sheets and pizza cutters in the fully stocked kitchen to the Coffee Bar and Huge Game and Movie Room.

The MAIN HOUSE is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a sunroom, basement, laundry room, loft, and family room.

BEDROOM 1: King-sized bed located on the main level
BEDROOM 2: King-sized bed located on the upper level with en suite
BEDROOM 3: Two twin over twin bunk beds (4 twins)
BEDROOM 4: One King size bed.

The BASEMENT contains another TV/Lounging area with a 55" SmartTV, laundry room, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom.

There is also a Private TWO BEDROOM GUEST HOUSE with a full kitchen, laundry, two en suites, and amazing views above the garage.

GAME ROOM - We have converted the three-car garage into a massive game room with a 70" SmartTV, leather couches, pool table, shuffleboard, poker/game table, Pacman/Galaga and NBA Jam arcade games, and a 1/2 bathroom, all with full HVAC to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

KITCHEN - The kitchen in the main house is fully stocked with everything Grandma needs to make Thanksgiving dinner and then some, from the Wolf stove to the custom refrigerator and Coffee Bar.

SUNROOM - The perfect place to sit back, relax and take in the majestic mountain views while sipping a cup of Joe from the Coffee Bar as the sun rises.

HOT TUB - A brand new six-person hot tub is located just outside the basement door on the back stone patio.

FIREPIT - 10 seat fire pit is located at the bottom of the grand stone walkway, surrounded by Adirondack chairs. The perfect way to cap off a long day on the slopes or in the Elk River fly fishing.

Guest access You will have the entire Lodge and the 2 acres to yourself with utter privacy at the top of the mountain.

Four-wheel drive or chains are required to access the property when there is snow or a threat of snow during the winter months,

Other things to note My wife and I recently purchased The Elk Lodge and have upgraded a lot of the furnishings, such as...
* New couches, chairs, and tables in the main family room and sunroom
* All new kitchen wares in both the main kitchen and the guest house kitchen
* New mattresses, beds, linens, duvets, pillows, and blankets
* New sectionals and chairs in the loft, basement, and guest house
* New hot tub
* Completely renovated the three-car garage and turned it into a large game and movie room

HOUSE RULES
- There is no smoking of any kind inside the house and on the decks/patios. Any violation of this policy requires guest to pay a $750 Ozone Fee per occurrence.
- If you do not check out on time, you will be charged $100 per 25 minute increment past 10:00am.
- NO PETS ALLOWED.
- Treat our house like your own. You will be charged for any broken or misplaced items.

HOT TUB RULES
• Must be 18 years old to enter hot tub
• You must shower before entering hot tub
• No glass in or around hot tub
• Consult your physician before entering hot tub
• No lifeguard on duty. Enter at your own risk
• Turn lights off and cover hot tub when done. Clips must be attached or lid will blow off.
• No sunscreen, self tanner, sweat, or any creams can be on your body when entering hot tub
• if you don't follow these rules and hot tub must be drained you will be charged $250 for drain and clean.
