The heart of the home is an open-concept living and kitchen area designed for both relaxation and high-end cooking. This space is fully climate-controlled with air conditioning. The kitchen is a standout, featuring waterfall countertops, a filtered water faucet, and a professional-grade appliance suite including a Wolf induction cooktop (specific magnetic cookware provided), Wolf in-wall oven, and a whisper-quiet Miele dishwasher. The kitchen island provides comfortable seating for four.

Experience total tranquility in the primary bedroom. This room features a King bed, dedicated air conditioning, and remote-controlled blackout blinds (located on the wall to the left as you enter).
