The house is located in Baratili San Pietro, a small town on the outskirts of the splendid Sinis peninsula, renowned for its Vernaccia, a particular white dessert wine.
The strategic position allows you to quickly reach the most beautiful
beaches of the central-western coast of Sardinia and to visit important archaeological sites, evidence of the first Sardinian peoples, as well as to taste the delicacies of the area.
Casa Corallo is the ideal place to help you spend an unforgettable holiday! It has large spaces, able to comfortably accommodate six people.
The house welcomes you with a large living room, equipped with a fireplace for cooler evenings, a dining table and a comfortable sofa in which to relax, perhaps watching a NetflixTM series on the Smart TV or listening to music on SpotifyTM with AlexaTM.
The living room leads to the kitchen, equipped with stove, oven, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, where you can have a quick breakfast before going out to discover the area or dabble in the kitchen, perhaps with locals.
From the corridor, in which a comfortable PC station with a small bookcase is inserted, you enter the sleeping area, consisting of three bedrooms: the "S'Archittu" room, with double bed, private bathroom and walk-in closet; “Is Arutas” room, with double bed; "S'Anea" room, with two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and bed and bath linens. The sleeping area is completed with a second bathroom, with shower, where there is a washing machine.
A small patio completes the house. The gazebo and benches create the ideal atmosphere to relax at the end of the day, with a drink or a book.. City Tax: You do not have to pay tourist city tax. Access to the apartment is through a gate that leads to a small paved open space, which leads to the entrance door. The openings have a size of 1 meter and both involve climbing over a step. The doors are opened using two distinct keys, usually delivered by hand upon guest arrival, or taken from a mechanical combination safety deposit box located next to the entrance gate in case of need to self-lock check-in or unavailability by the host
