The kitchen opens onto a 15m² rooftop terrace with garden furniture, a freestanding electric barbecue, and sun loungers, all overlooking a verdant setting. Private gardens at the front and rear of the house, each with garden furniture and sun loungers.
A washing machine, tumble dryer, and chest freezer are located in a room on the garden level.
Bed linen is provided, and beds are made upon arrival.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, changing table, potty, baby bath, and toilet seat reducer. Wi-Fi. Mobile phone coverage for all operators. Heating is charged on-site based on meter readings.
