Clean and Friendly cut couldn't sleep

Service was great and hotel was very clean but: 1. As soon as we entered the room, we found a SILVERFISH running along the baseboard. 2. Refrigerator in the room is not inside a cabinet so when it turns on several times during the night, it is extremely loud and kept waking us up. 3. Fire alarm mounted on ceiling flashes every 10s and it makes it very hard to sleep with. No other hotel we have stayed at uses a constantly flashing smoke alarm that would obviously annoy anyone trying to sleep.

Great Getaway

Went for “Family Day/Valentines Long Weekend” Friday to Monday and it was great. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The customer service was incredible. The woman that works the breakfast buffet was super friendly and welcoming. The star of the show was ‘Alex’ at the front desk. He definitely exceeds in customer service and it was a pleasure dealing with him. A very dedicated, hard worker! He was answering phones, checking people in and out, refilling coffee, moping wet floors and always with a smile. Loved him! The only negative things I can mention are that the beds are way too hard for my liking but then again that’s ‘personal preference’, the pool is way too small and the hot tub was not hot enough. Other than that, all great!

Staff were extremely helpful with helping my friend who locked her keys in her luggage. Zack was quick to help out of the kindness of his heart, who took the time to get out the toolbox and break the lock. We also had a little incident in our room and requested a bunch of towels - staff were very patient about this as well. I would definitely come to stay here again because of the excellent service and kindness of the staff. The breakfast was also fabulous.

very friendly and professional staffs, I'm in a wheelchair the staff helps me to bring my bags from my car to the room. Next morning, after a big snow storm, your staff clear a path (lot of snow) to my car for me before I check out! very helpful! Thanks again and I will be back for sure!

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Collingwood! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The hotel was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was evident throughout. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. One of the highlights was the heated pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!
