I’ve never been treated so poorly by a hotel in my life. I had been staying at this Hilton location since June 3, 2025, due to a home A/C issue. I booked every night without problem—until June 6, when the front desk staff canceled my fully paid reservation and refused to let me and my 9-year-old daughter check in. The front desk agent lied, claimed no rooms were available (even though I watched her check in multiple guests after me), and made false accusations against me. She even sent a strange man over offering to buy me a room across the street, making us feel unsafe. We waited for the police she claimed to call—they never came. As a result, my daughter and I were forced to sleep in our car in over 100-degree heat. Hilton’s corporate support offered no help and blamed the issue on booking through a third party—even though they still took my money. Disrespectful. Dangerous. Completely unacceptable. Hilton should be ashamed. I will never stay at another Hilton property again.

No communication : I wrote multiple mails for a special shuttle need, but left without answers Very poor service Very poor shuttle service : not available 24/24 and even if the hotel is near to the airport, I waited for more than 1 hour by more than 90°F outside, called multiple times, and then decided to leave walking because the shuttle didn't shows up ! Next morning, I had to be at the airport at 4:45, but they told me that the shuttle was only after 6:00 ... I asked before ! You should read your mails and answer your clients ! After complaining, I got a shuttle at 5:00 READ YOUR MAILS AND ANSWER YOUR CLIENTS !

This property was filthy. We have stayed at lots of Hilton garden inns so we hold them to a higher standard but the filth was awful. We did complain and nothing was done. The laundry room was nasty and the dryer only steamed clothing..

Take this one way or the other but, there was a very strong fabuloso and bleach spell throughout the room in the hallway which can mean they either cleaned right before you got there or they overload with the sense to hide the lack of cleaning.. run steam clean for the most part hotel seem pretty clean for the most part just you will smell the cleaning supply when you get in the room..

The staff was excellent. Monique at the front desk was the best. The restaurant was excellent. I cant remember the chefs name, but he had locks in his hair, he is an excellent cook. You would be lost without those two staff members. I will stay there every time I'm in the area.
