This is not in a great area for Battle Creek Mi. The bed was pretty broken down . The smell entering the room was definitely not inviting. Just run down and put dated.

I understand that they only clean the rooms every two or three days, but the only things they really did was change garbage and give me clean towels. No new sheets, didn’t make the bed at all, and I’m pretty certain they didn’t sweep or mop the floor. I wasn’t expecting a lot, but was still somewhat disappointed

The outside of the property looks nice entering the building looks nice and cleanliness of the room had a musty smell and very humid. Felt like it could’ve been a little bit cleaner.

Check-in in staff was nice, Breakfast buffet was nice and good and that staff was nice. There is no elevator - although the hotel is only 2 stories. about 11:30pm a room near us started blaring their radio and it went on for about 30 minutes. We tried to call the front desk and our phone was connected to wall had no dial tone. My husband found the front desk number and called that several times and was hung up on several times. Finally someone pulled the fire alarm as the music was still very loud and the smell of marijuana was coming into our room. The front desk answered and we asked if anyone was going to do anything about the blaring music. The front desk night person said they didn't hear anything and asked if we knew where it was coming from - Not really but obviously it was bothersome to others that someone went and set off the fire alarm. The front desk night lady said she will have to worry about the loud music after she takes care of the fire alarm issue first. The music continued for quit a while still into the morning hours.
