Butterfly apartment is located on the second floor of the annex of an elegant period villa directly facing the lake in Stresa. The apartment has an independent entrance and has an open kitchen area with dining table, a bathroom with shower, a sitting area with a sofa that becomes a double bed and satellite TV and two bedrooms, one with a double bed overlooking the lake and one with two single beds that can be joined together. From the living room, kitchen and bedroom there is a wonderful lake view and you can access the long private balcony with a wonderful view of the islands equipped with awning, two tables and 4 chairs. The apartment is new in furnishings and equipment. On the ground floor there is a common garden for the 3 apartments in the annex with deck chairs, shower. From the garden, going down a ladder, you go down to the lake for swimming. Near the entrance there is a well-equipped laundry room shared with the other apartments in the annex. A reserved parking space is available on the property. In 4 minutes by car you can reach Baveno and Stresa with all services. Wonderful location directly on the water.

Beautiful Lake View and Cozy Apartment!

Beautiful Lake View and Cozy Apartment! I had an amazing stay at the Butterfly Apartment in Baveno. The highlight of the property is definitely the breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore—you can enjoy it right from the balcony, which made every morning and evening feel special. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the lakefront and the town, with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and ferries to the Borromean Islands. The apartment is cozy, modern, and very clean. The living space is comfortable and well-appointed, with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The bedroom was quiet and restful, and the air conditioning worked great, which was important during the warm summer days. The host was incredibly welcoming and communicative, providing helpful recommendations for things to do in the area and making check-in and check-out a breeze.
