If you're interested in outdoor activities, there's a nearby public launch for boats and plenty of space to grill steaks and relax while enjoying the outdoor TV and speakers. For entertainment, there are live theatrical performances, casinos, nightclubs, and a variety of restaurants to choose from. The house itself offers central AC and heating, ceiling fans, and a visual and audio system throughout. The open living room and kitchen area is equipped for those who prefer to cook and eat in.
