Freshly renovated and tastefully decorated with 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths that comfortably sleeps 12. HEATED POOL, SPACIOUS PATIO, AND FIRE PIT. Central A/C system complements this LBI charmer.



The first floor opens to a sun-filled living room and dining area, with custom window shades for privacy. A brand-new kitchen and bar are designed for easy entertaining. A conveniently located laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer leads to a backyard oasis where you can enjoy sunbathing by the pool, grilling, dining, and relaxing by the fire pit.



The first floor also has two bedrooms and one full bath. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a twin bed. The second floor has three bedrooms and a second full bath. Bedroom 3 is the primary bedroom with a queen bed. Bedroom 4 has a double bed and two twins. Bedroom 5 has a double bed and one twin. Pillows and blankets included. Tenants are asked to bring sheets and towels, but rentals can easily be arranged.
