Comprehensive outdoor program includes in-ground pool with brick surround, 2 level dock, and beautiful irrigated landscape. Substantial home provides 6 bedrooms; 4 full baths; one half bath; family room; library; master suite with sitting room, fireplace and private bayfront balcony; screen porch; slate and wood flooring; skylights; three fireplaces; and a new gourmet's kitchen with all new LG appliances! The landscaping enhances the privacy of the home while remaining close to the lighthouse, ocean and right on the bay!


This is the perfect house for a large family or for two families to share. The first floor has 3 bedrooms (a Queen room near a separate small room containing a crib, another queen bedroom, and a double bunk bed room) 2 full baths and family room with a ping pong table, TV area. The second floor is the main living space---kitchen, dining area over looking the water, sitting area, library, half bath, porch and dining deck. The third floor has 3 bedrooms (master suite with office and private balcony and king-sized bed, large walk-in closet and large bathroom, 1 queen bedroom and another king bedroom, each with small private balconies that share a bathroom.

It is so relaxing that you may never leave the bay. Swim in the pool, fish from the dock, use one of our two kayaks, enjoy watching the boats and abundant wildlife. Dig for clams for your dinner! It is especially fun to bike and select fish from dinner at Cassidy's Fish Market, produce at the local stand or candy at the Sugar Shack at Viking Village. White's Grocery Store is also a short bike ride away!

Our home is not available for weekend rentals; minimum stay is one week.
