Two outdoors showers and gas grill with natural gas line. Partial deck has partial ocean and bay views from the front decks for catching the famous sunsets of Long Beach Island. The upper level has four bedrooms, two are en-suite and the 2 additional bedrooms share the 4th bathroom. The main living area has the kitchen, dining room , living room den with barn doors and 5th bedroom with full bathroom. All the rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and a TV.. The garage area includes 1/2 bathroom , 4 lounges, 4 gravity chairs, Cornhole , dart board and giant Jenga for days spent hanging at the heated pool. Full size additional refrigerator in the garage for all your beverages. No need to go to the gym as the garage has a stationary bike and weights for the work out enthusiasts . The rear facing garage doors open to the pool for additional covered spaces. . Pool cleanings are on Fridays.
