Best Western HWY 62- Orange, TX

The lady on duty Tuesday, October 14 in the evening attitude was horrible. She was not friendly at all. We had to wait for our check in because she was on the phone cursing and yelling at someone. The breakfast was okay. Waffles, sausage, eggs, cereal, toast, juice options, and coffee. The room had bugs. We had to spray the room ourselves. I will not stay there again. The location was very convenient. It was a lot of food options nearby and close to the highway.

I loved my stay at this best western! The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The c staff was v very nice and there c was always someone at v the desk. The breakfast was also a full breakfast. Very quiet hotel
