The house as not ready at 4 pm check-in. We were unable to unload and prepare for the event we were there for.Once we did return, the beds seemed clean as did the towels, and the inside of the house.The house was really a nice house, newly remodeled but not in a good location. At the time of the rental, three run down houses near it were for sale. The beds were really cheap and uncomfortable. The mattress in the master bed was too soft and springy. Your head was well below your feet when you laid down.The full and twin beds were very firm.The furniture was sparce and cheap looking, except for the king bedroom, kitchen, and bathrooms. The back patio area was not clean. There was a cooked onion on the cheap grill and empty beer bottles setting around.There were 5 of us. The charge was nearly 1000 for all 5 of us for a single night. I would not stay here again. The description of the house and location, was misleading.The furniture was cheap except for the kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom area's. I was not able to check in at the time advertised or told I was going to be able to check-in.
