Obiekt bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany. Widoki przepiękne zarówno z balkonu, tarasu jak i z okien. Dużo miejsca. Kuchania dobrze wyposażona. Duży zapas pościeli. Były też materace więc moim zdaniem zmieściło by się tam z 8 osób na spokojnie. Jedynym minusem była niezbyt czysta łazienka. Pierwsze dwa dni myślałam, że tam nie będę wchodziła w ogóle, potem się przyzwyczaiłam :). Jeśli chodzi o parking to na przeciwko domu jest duży parking płatny 8 euro za dobę i niestety jest to jedyny parking. Nie ma możliwości postawienia auta gdzieś indziej ze względu na wąskie uliczki, które w dodatku są dwukierunkowe a auta są zaparkowane na ścisk i aż strach w ogóle tam zostawić auto

appartment is well but ....

The appartment is like indicated by the pictures. The bathroom and the kitchen are clean but antique and some accessories go bad (refrigerator, tap, doors of the shower is duff) or are absent (microwave, toaster). The appartment is conveniently located (near the sea, the market, the bus stop) but if the view of the sea on the balcony is beautiful (it is a pity that there is a parabola) , the noise is horrible because the main road is at the foot of the building. The apparment is on the sixth floor and there is not lift. The air conditioning go very well and the bed on the bedroom is comfortable.

Really nice, very big apartment, great location

Really big apartment which is very well equipped - washing machine, air con in all main rooms, great kitchen, huge balcony. Also a great location, 5 minutes from beach, bars and restos, 2 supermarkets and bus stop! Loads of really nice beaches nearby too if you don't want to go to the nearest one! Owner very helpful and efficient too :)

netter Urlaub

wir waren zu zweit auf urlaub. das 55 m² große appartment war daher recht angenehmen. leider war der vermieter nicht anwesend, da er im ausland weilte. ein offensichtlich befreundeter einwohner des ferienortes stand uns mit informationen zur verfügung. der vermieter hatte uns über e-mail schon ausreichend informationen zugesandt. im prinzip war die ausstattung wie beschrieben. fernsehgerät und sat-empfänger mußten wir neu einstellen. sonst waren wir mit der ausstattung recht zufrieden. der balkon war recht groß. die aussicht war einfach fantastisch. zwei nachteile waren leider doch für die mittelmäßige bewertung ausschlaggebend. das appartment liegt bezogen auf die straßenebene im 6. stockwerk ohne lift. die trasse der duchzugsstrasse lag auf höhe des zweiten stockwerks und verursachte doch ziemlich viel lärm. der strand lag, wie beschrieben, ca. 200 m entfernt. ein schirm mit zwei liegen kosten 8 € pro tag. an freizeitmöglichkeit gibt es tretboot fahren, paragleiten, wasserscooter.... cafes und reataurants gibt es recht zahlreich. besonders in budva in der nähe zur altstadt (stari grad) gibt es etwas gehobenere lokale wie das restaurant jadran. dort kann mann recht nobel sehr gut zubereitete speisen zu moderaten preisen essen (bifsteak 12 €). insgesamt war es doch ein recht schöner urlaub.
