The home's open layout is both spacious and welcoming, featuring a breakfast/work nook in the atrium that flows naturally into the main living areas. Every detail is curated for ease, including a ping pong table for casual recreation. The newly renovated spaces extend to a private deck with a grill and a quaint fire pit stove, providing an intimate spot to gather.
From the deck, a private dock and kayaks offer direct access to the calm waters of Long Bow Lake, a small, peaceful body of water ideal for paddling. The grounds alongside the lake provide a tranquil setting to unwind and connect with nature. Please note that for the preservation of its calm character, motorized boats are not permitted on the lake, and swimming is at your own discretion.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
Air conditioning: There's a total of 4 split AC units. There is one AC unit in the living-room and one unit in each of the three bedrooms. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).
Water Feature: There is no life guard for the lake. Swimming is at your own risk.
Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee plus tax for the first dog, and $50 plus tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than three, just check in with us first so we can coordinate with the homeowner. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.
