A nice budget hotel with good amenities. Great location right on the embankment. The staff were super nice and helpful. Ample parking to the rear (£5 per 24 hours). Great view of the river from the restaurant.

I loved the room. Good AC, nice decor, lovely shower. The downsides were, the curtains were too small and let the light in too early, very little surface space and ineffective extraction in shower room.

We stay here at least once a year and usually have a nice river view room. This time we were given a small room facing the road. Not only was it an unpleasant room, it was not clean! We did complain and were moved to a slightly better room but this was not a pleasant stay at all.

There is an open air parking area at the rear of the hotel. There is a flight of stairs at the rear door to get up to the main lobby floor. The lift provided there was out of order through most of my stay and my 89 year old mother had to make her way up and down the stairs. Similarly the breakfast room was a floor above the lobby and my mother had to climb the stairs up and down each morning. If there was a lift to get there, no member of staff pointed out where it was.

The location was great for work and visit alike, The hotel staff where polite and friendly and did their best to accommodate where requested. I would recommend staying there. The only thing is the windows in the tower part of the Hotel have seen better days and really should be replaced, although with the secondary double glazing its not a big issue.

Nice hotel well worth the money for the stay plus breakfast. Only thing when sitting having a,drink in the bar they allowed people to smoke outside the main entrance allowing the smoke to come into the hotel, not nice.
