There was an issue while checkin. Hotels.com didn’t provide proper name and address to the hotel. I was saved due to reservation number.

Stayed in room 1, which unfortunately is next to the delivery / bins area - Laundry van came very very early in the morning and was far from considerate to people actually sleeping on a Saturday morning.
