Passport Requirement:
As part of Lebanese General Security regulations and in line with our Ministry of Tourism registration, we are required to collect a copy of each guest’s passport prior to check-in. You’ll receive a Boarding Pass link after booking. Simply fill in your details under “Verify Me” to get access to check-in info, Wi-Fi details, local guides, and more.
Please note that check-in instructions can only be shared once this requirement is fulfilled.

Cameras & Crew:
Professional photoshoots, videography, or film productions are not permitted without prior written approval.
