Great central location

We had a two night stay here which we enjoyed as it was comfortable and within easy walking distance to city centre restaurants and shops. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good apart from limited choice in cereals and fresh fruit etc, but that’s just personal choice, the cooked breakfast was good and I was happy to see that they had a vegetarian choice which hasn’t been provided in other hotels we’ve stayed in. If you need parking the hotel will provide a discount for the multi story car park just beside the hotel which is a lot cheaper than the smaller one adjacent. We would recommend this hotel as a good base for a short break and would definitely return.

Great location to easily walk to city centre, friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast. Unfortunately we booked a room for 4 people and on arrival the room was only made up for 2 people. After a long day travelling we would have all liked to have hot showers, a hot drink in the room and a nap straight away. We requested extra towels and mugs, the towels arrived quickly but we never got the extra mugs, despite asking several times over the 3 day stay. The second bed was made up for us upon asking on the first evening, but only had 1 pillow per person whereas the main bed had 2 pillows per person. There was also a toenail clipping on the bedding when we arrived. This was removed by housekeeping, but the bedding was not changed, a bit gross!

Central, clean hotel

Clean hotel near to the centre of Belfast. Good price and includes breakfast. Staff really friendly. Only downside was breakfast was busy but go earlier and this isn’t an issue.

Excellent hotel, great location, lovely staff.

Booked very short notice after terrible VRBO experience. 3 rooms, 9 people accommodated brilliantly. All the staff were fabulous. Really friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast provision was lovely. Great choice. Great location. Super local restaurants and bars.

Arrived in Belfast by train and the hotel is a short easy walk. We were early for check in but luckily our room was ready. The room was very clean and modern. Everything you need for a city centre hotel. We had a good nights sleep and breakfast was served from 7am until 10am. No problem getting a table with a large range of tasty breakfast dishes. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if back staying in the area
