From the time we arrived to the time we left everyone was vey helpful and very pleaseant. The room was lovely and clean and quite although we were on the 4th floor. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice from hot buffet, pancakes, cereals,pastries and fresh fruit. Staff were tidying and replenishing all the time so there was always plenty to go around. The only down fall i would say is that my partner and i were disappointed by the evening choice of food for the restaurant for the evening especially if you arrived on a late flight and wanted something to eat other then a burger or a wrap with chips. Especially after the huge choice from breakfast. I would definitely be staying here again when i return to belfast and certainly recommending this to my friends also.
