The central location is good. The room could be cleaned better, shower fixtures did not work properly and there are no hooks to hang towels. The room layout is very inefficient and the bed is very difficult for 2 people to use.

A good low budget option

Only stayed one night, but it was fine for what we needed. Our room was much larger than expected, but the bed was quite small for two people. The hotel is clean and a short walk to the pubs and restaurants in the Cathedral Quarter. It's also within walking distance of the City Hall and Titanic Belfast. Also a short walk to the clock tower bus stop, where buses to the George Best airport can be taken. Nice to have the breakfast included, which consisted of toast, crumpets, pancakes, cereal, fruit, croissants, pain au chocolates, coffee and tea. Clean hotel with good wifi and an alternative to Travelodge or Premier Inn.

Good budget hotel, unpleasant smell in room

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. Unfortunately, there were a few drawbacks. On entering the room, there was a very strong smell of damp, akin to a wet towel that had been sitting out for days. Our noses quickly adjusted but it's very noticeable every time you enter the room. There was also evidence of mould around the tops of the walls and the ceiling of the shower. The room was small but adequate. It did get very hot at night and the fan provided wasn't very effective. The rooms could definitely benefit from a proper air conditioning unit. Staff were very friendly however and the bed was clean and comfortable

Everything about this hotel experience was mediocre. The location is reasonably convenient. There is an 'eco policy' that rooms are only properly attended to every third day. That's fine, but there is an added charge for requesting anything different. This seems excessive and should be made clear during the booking process. The attempt at 'industrial chic' is a stretch.

Avoid at all costs. Room was far too warm and one fan did nothing to help, as well as the windows not opening more than an inch. Despite paying early check in, there were few amenities including only an already half used toilet roll. The smell of the room was in line with other reviews. Added with a hefty price it was definitely not value for money
