Welcome to Velo Vista, a fun-filled retreat with beautiful lake views, hot tub, fire pit, gas fireplace, two living rooms, game and music rooms and space to comfortably sleep 15 guests. At 4,200 sq ft, it’s the perfect destination for friend and family gatherings. The proximity to Lake Ann and Back 40 MTB trails makes this an ideal destination for outdoor lovers seeking relaxation and adventure. Mountain bikers can saddle up and ride out the front door to world class trails just down the street.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked closet in the laundry room, 2 locked housekeeper closets in the downstairs kitchen, an HVAC closet in the lower level and a small exterior utility shed.

Other things to note:
We have parking for (5) vehicles: 3 vehicles in the driveway plus 2 vehicles in the garage. Secure bike storage is also provided on property.

The smart TVs give you access to popular streaming services, but you will have to use your own subscriptions.

Accessibility:
We have a ramp in the garage to the house door on the main level, and a fully accessible side walkway to the lower level with a stepless back entrance. There is a shower bench on each level, toilet grab bars in the lower level bath and a low threshold shower in the main level bath.

The kitchen was well equipped, the game room was fun. You had to go into the garage to get to the game room so we had to watch the toddlers closely but it wasn’t a problem. It was close to bike trails. The deck was fun for the kids and adults. There were fun common areas. The room with the daybed was popular with the kids. We had a fire in the fire pit on the deck. We would stay again!

Successful Family Reunion

Our family of 16 (including 2 for day visits) gathered from 3 states in this lovely home. We particularly appreciated the game room, the music room, the hot tub, and the large backyard. This home is well-equipped with something for all ages. It has a great deck for large family meals, and the beautiful views of the lake made for a restful retreat. We would happily gather here again.

We had several families staying here together and the home was wonderful. It was beautiful and clean and the game room was a fun option for some rainy days during our trip. We loved spending our mornings drinking coffee in the sunroom!

Beautiful Property to Enjoy Time with Family

We are a family of 5 with ages 10 and up. Our 19 year old daughter's mobility is limited to the use of a manual wheelchair. At least once a year we search for a place to gather with our extended families that live in OK and AR. It is always tricky finding a place large enough, the right price, and that can accommodate a wheelchair. All 14 of us greatly enjoyed the beauty of this property and the time it allowed us to spend together. From the initial message, Laura was quick to answer any questions and provide more pictures to help us determine if we could give it a try for our daughter's needs. Everything was just as it was described. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of beds and linens for everyone, and the gameroom was great. Just a note to fellow wheelchair users - only 1 of the 3 bathrooms did not have wide enough doorway for a manual wheelchair. The 2 that were wide enough also had good amount of space for turning and moving. The ramps they provided in the garage worked great for us. The lower bunkbeds were the perfect height for our daughter to transfer. Overall, it was an amazing trip! We made great meals together. Looked out the large windows at the beautiful view together. We spent an enormous amount of timing playing together in the gameroom! This property definitely goes in our favorites list.

Family Time

This beautiful house checked all the boxes for us. Our tweens and teens had plenty of space. The view was peaceful (was hoping for snow). Beds were super comfy.
