The living area continues with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, designed for those who love to cook and share meals in a family atmosphere.

Also on this floor are two bedrooms: a double room, quiet and well furnished, and two triple rooms, spacious and versatile, perfect for children or for hosting friends. Completing the floor are two bathrooms with shower, comfortable and well distributed, designed to offer practicality even for larger groups.

Going up to the upper floor (the third level of the house), we find a second double bedroom with its own private bathroom, a reserved and quiet space, ideal for ensuring greater intimacy and relaxation.
