Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you can ensure all lights/fans are off, windows shut/locked. We ask that you put all of your trash out in the trash can as well. It is located outside on the right side of the house.
Please leave any dirty laundry/towels inside the washing machine. You do not need to start it.
Blankets and sheets can be left on the beds. We will gather those. If you had the heat on, please reduce the heat to 50 before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
