Front desk staff very friendly. BUT I could not get them on the phone. Always had to go to front desk. Tried several different times Taking a shower the water would drain so slow I was more than ankle deep in water. It was the weekend so only solution was wait until Monday or possibly change rooms My key card consistently stopped working - every time I went out. Had to go to front desk to reprogram it each time. Clearly no maintenance on weekends

The linens were nice and fresh. Decor was original. Wallpaper seams were taped together with cleat wide tape. Ceiling boarders were held up with tacks. Overall the place is in despondent of update. The waitress at Pipers Pub was great. Very friendly and accommodating. Room needs Help!

We were only here for one night and we arrived late (thanks to the train), so this is not a full review as that wouldn't be fair. The staff couldn't have been nicer, no problems there at all. The pool was small, but it was open and clean for our morning swim. I found the bathroom was quite small. Two people would not fit (not for that reason, you naughty people, I'd imagine a parent and child, for example, would find it tight). Overall the property has seen better days and the room needed a good clean, but the beds were comfortable and we would stay again.

Never again !

The staff are unbelievably nice ! I would say that was the only good thing about the stay. First we asked for connecting rooms didn’t get them , went to take the kids to the pool it was so cold in the pool and in the pool room they asked to get out because they where to cold so we took them up to the room for a hot shower ! We’ll never mind as the shower didn’t work and our key didn’t work , at that point it was well past bedtimes so we switched rooms and the pull out had no sheets it was such a small room and dirty in all corners a used tooth brush under the blanket ! So clearly they don’t clean the sheets, dirty old socks on the pull out couch, microwave was so loud.. dog barking late at night. The bathroom in the pool was enough to make me puke. Definitely not worth more than 50 dollars to stay there !! Never again

Our room 224 looked out on a recycling area( the delivery spot) where tons of cardboard was in a mess and a huge stagnant puddle of dirty water. (which with all the rain probably couldn’t be helped!) It wasn’t a big deal but since we were staying there for my Mother’s funeral it was an issue for me.
