The price was good. We were cold. Not enough pillows for a king sized bed and blanket was not sufficient. My husband forgot his hat and when he called he was told lost items were only held for 24 hours. The free breakfast was really basic, yogurt, waffles, no eggs. The television was weird limited channels.

I have stayed at this hotel many times prior new name. I think it is under new management. This visit i noticed a lot of wear and tear on the hallways and in the room i had. The house keeper i interacted with was very nice and helpful. The front desk people, I interacted with three different people, one was very helpful but the other two not so much. It seemed i was wasting their time when i checked in and when i needed a check on the toilet that kept have the water flowing into the bowl. With the changes in this property and the increase in the cost of the room, i will be finding a new place to stay.

The room was gross, got over charged. Front desk staff is rude and inconsiderate, entitled even. Very sketchy people coming in and out. It was very clear that there are illegal happenings going on. People smoke in the rooms, I watched this happen myself. Description said breakfast, there was none. Do not stay there.
