The staff was great, and the room was very clean. Breakfast every morning was fantastic. We did have a few issues with the bathroom and there is a charge to use the parking garage. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

I love the hotel, convenient to many shops and restaurants. Just don’t like the city streets because it’s not very safe and dirty and smell. I guessed you can’t expect much from any big cities. Breakfast is wonderful, lots of varieties of fruits, etc. Friendly staff and cleanliness

This hotel is located very close to an area known for prostitution. Not ideal for a business or family trip.

O hotel nos surpreendeu positivamente, pois está com suas instalações em reforma que visam proporcionar mais conforto aos seus hóspedes. De negativo só teve a cobrança de estacionamento, mesmo o carro ficando no porão do hotel, e o café da manhã que poderia ser mais diversificado.

O hotel está bem localizado e o atendimento dos funcionários foi muito bom, mas deveriam deixar claro que cobram R$35,00/dia pelo estacionamento, bem como que podemos solicitar um quarto com vista para a avenida, sem custos adicionais, pois nos que não têm vista escuta-se muito forte o barulho do elevador e a janela dá para o fundo do mesmo.
