Parking was nearby, needed to ask front desk to open, however. Could have been streamlined. This area is great, in the heart of BH and close to attractions such as the Central Market, CCBB, and others. We arrived at night and felt very safe. The hotel itself is old and simple, and this was the negative highlight of our stay. Sheets were stained, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor. Overall a fair experience for the cost, but I would not stay there again.

Quarto e equipe não estavam preparados

Já me hospedei várias vezes no mesmo hotel e costumava ter uma boa experiência. Dessa vez não foi como esperado. Quando chegamos em nosso quarto estava sujo, com muito mofo, frigobar desligado, um sabonete usado em cima do box, pois não tinha saboneteiras no box para apoiar o sabonete, não tinha toalhas e nem tapete no banheiro e sem telefone para fazer comunicação na recepção. E quando fui à recepção uma pessoa que nao sei a função me tratou com grosseria pois solicitei as toalhas. Foram fornecidas apenas uma toalha de banho para dois hóspedes. Não reclamei de mais nada pois era apenas uma noite. Mas além das condições mínimas de higiene e de comodidade faltou educação e despreparo da equipe. Uma reserva já realizada a semanas e nem a limpeza fizeram.

Experiência ruim

Começo pela recepção que apesar da simpatia me mandaram pro quarto com a promessa da senha do wifi via whatzapp e eu precisei voltar pra pedir. O quarto em geral apesar da cama quebrada estava até confortável. O café servido com poucas opções mas o que foi pior é que eu cheguei em BH e nas duas primeiras noites não tomei o tal caldo que servem como cortesia. No dia que eu tomei, fui pro quarto e comecei a vomitar muito. Depois fiquei com diarréia e o que ocasionou isso? intoxicação alimentar. Eu além de estar mal precisei ficar mais um dia pra ver se conseguia aproveitar a cidade e pasmem: informaram que eu poderia mas em outro quarto. Não me ajudaram com a bagagem e deslocamento mesmo eu avisando com dois dias de antecedência e o único elevador vivia quebrado. que ficaria mais um dia. Resumo: Não me hospedaria lá de novo e não recomendo - a localização é ótima mas os serviços deixam a desejar.
