Comfortable Stay

We had a comfortable overnight stay in Belo Horizonte, thanks to São Bento Hotel. It is situated within walking distance to the bus terminal, and both the old and new markets. The hotel has several security cameras. The room, while on the smaller side, is neat and tidy. It has a closet with safety deposit box and enough surfaces to put things on. The beddings are comfortable. What makes São Bento special are its people such as Antonio Luiz, Valeria, and Isabel. Valeria checked us in; and ensured she atteneded to our requests. Isabel still remembered us from our last year's visit to the hotel. Antonio Luiz went the extra mile in helping us with our transportation to the airport and breakfast.

Great Place To Stay

The place is in the center of everything in the City of Belo Horizonte, the Mercado Central, Mercado Novo, Supermercado, Shopping Center and restaurants are all with walking distance. The deluxe Rom is a good size room and has; air conditioning, refrigerator, desk, large Beth room and great shower. The breakfast is very good and if one likes eggs it is jest letting them know and they will boil some eggs for you.

Cuidado, a nota não reflete a realidade. Este é um hotel antigo, com uma estrutura ruim. Meu quarto não tinha ar-condicionado, tudo é de qualidade baixa. Os funcionários são solícitos e muito educados. A localização só vale a pena para quem precisa estar no centro, pois, tirando isso, é uma região cheia de pessoas em situação de rua e perigosa.

A estadia estava indo até bem, onde levei um golpe de um funcionário do Hotel (Daniel), eu tinha perdido meu cartão de crédito/debito disseram que nao deixei la, mas no mésmo dia foi feito compra na região. Depois esse mesmo funcionário junto com seu comparsa foi na minha empresa e me colocou numa situação complicada que teve ate polícia federal no meio. O comparsa tem uma ficha criminal extensa. O que mais espanta que o hotel mantém o funcionário.

Fiquei no quarto solteiro básico então era bem simples, mas atendeu bem a necessidade. Pedi cama de casal e era duas solteiras juntas então se atentem a isso. O quarto também tinha uma tomada longe da cama e a outra ficava atrás da cama aí era quase impossível de usar. O café da manhã é ótimo e a limpeza e o serviço também!

Me hospedei no hotel recentemente e tive uma experiência bastante positiva. O preço foi justo e o custo-benefício, excelente. O quarto era confortável e atendeu bem às minhas expectativas. O café da manhã era simples, mas adequado, com boas opções para começar o dia. A localização é no centro de Belo Horizonte, o que facilita muito a locomoção para diversos pontos da cidade, seja a pé ou utilizando transporte público. Durante o dia, a região é bastante prática para quem tem compromissos ou quer explorar a cidade. No entanto, à noite, o entorno fica um pouco deserto, o que exige um pouco mais de atenção e cuidado ao sair. No geral, recomendo o hotel especialmente para quem busca praticidade e bom custo-benefício durante o dia.
