Banheiro com resquícios do último hóspede (tampa de desodorante) , na cama debaixo do travesseiro no dia do check in um fio de cabelo enorme de mulher. Recepção sem saber passar as informações corretas sobre a hospedagem . Meu café da manhã estava incluso na minha diária e reserva e ninguém sabia de nada . Tive que ficar me explicando. Enfim , um local que deve melhorar em diversos aspectos.
