Tivemos um problema logo ao entrar.(já era meia noite). O cartão não abria a porta(estragado) e o recepcionista insistiu em dizer que nós que não sabíamos abrir. Até que foi lá e verificou que estava com problema mesmo. O local é bem localizado e confortável, perfeito principalmente se você for ficar mais tempo. O banheiro não possui box de vidro, o que me incomodou um pouco, molhava tudo e a cortina não era funcional. Fora isso, é um bom hotel.
