The hotel is very unprofessional! I arrived late for the check in and they didn’t have rooms available, then I asked for a refund but they didn’t accept. Poor management and weak customer service.

A great place to stay

The walks around the lake made my trip a wonderful experience. The staff was extraordinary. I definitely want to return. Sad to leave.

The room itself was goods the only problem I had was that in the website picture and description didn't match the real room. I wished for a queen bed, but instead got a 2 single bed attempt to be a queen bed. They put 2 single beds together and put a cover on top of it, result was a lot of discomfort and back pain, if it wasn't for this I would give a better rating, hotel staff were super friendly .

all the rooms when someone enters or leaves the doors make a lot of noise early in the morning, guests start to leave and no one sleeps anymore, there is no insulation against noise

Lugar tranquilo a beira da Lagoa. Chegamos uma hora antes, e o chekin era as 14hs. Não tinha lugar para espera ( cadeira para sentar). Havia tres cadeiras e já estavam ocupadas por clientes que tbm estavam esperando a hora do chekin. Ate ai tudo bem, esperamos em pe mesmo. Café da manhã nos dois primeiros dias deixou desejar. Café na garrafa, frio, e com gosto de velho. Os bolos, fui abrir saiu um mosquitinho de dentro. Sem opção! A limpesa do quarto foi feita dois dias depois da hospedagem, isso pq esperei uma das camareiras ( todas muito jovens) e falei que teriam que trocar as toalhas e colocar papel higiênico. Me atendeu como se fosse a coisa mais absurda. No outro dia saimos as 9hs e deixei o aviso para limparem o quarto. Voltamos as 15h e, surpresa, não foi limpo. Sinceramente não recomendado. Desde a recepção, café e limpeza um desastre. Neste não volto mais.

Cama de casal formada por duas camas de solteiro juntadas pelo lençol de cama. Solicitei mudança do quarto mas informaram que todas as camas eram desse jeito. Ou seja, o quarto que reservei não foi entregue, noites de sono PESSIMAS por conta do buraco que fica entre as camas porque nitidamente nao deviam ser dessa forma. Cafe da manhã limitado, frio e nao dava conta da quantidade de pessoas hospedadas. Em um dos dias muitas pessoas desceram no mesmo horário e basicamente não havia espaço ou comida para todos. Uma camareira para arrumar todos os quartos, meu quarto foi arrumado as 16h, então tive que sair do quarto após passar o dia inteiro fora para arrumação. Frigobar quebrado, apenas fazia barulho e nao gelava nada. Fora isso tudo, funcionários respeitosos mesmo diante de uma infraestrutura horrorosa do hotel.

A recepcionista Camile super prestativa, educada, simpática, porém o quarto ao chegar um cheiro desagradável, pedimos para limpar e nem bom ar tinha. Frigobar sujo, continhas com mofo, central de ar sem controle, guarda roupas com pó e pontos de bolor (fungos). As toalhas de banho estavam com manchas. Nada agradável. Não recomendo a ninguém.

O hotel em si é bom, há conforto e qualidade. Porém é preciso melhorar mais a questao do cafe da manhã, os 3 dias que fiquei, o café sempre estava frio e há pouca variedade de alimentos, precisei arrastar a cama pra pegar uma coisa minha que caiu, estava uma imundice em baixo, cheio de poeira e uma bala amassada e grudenta no chao.
