This place is rundown. Only 3 pillows on bed, asked for another and they said they didn’t have anymore. 3:20am the smoke detector starts chirping. 6am pounding footsteps above. 8:50am staff opened door while we were still in bed. I could go on, not enough space.

Was alright, cold coffee in the lobby in the am, they wanted extra fees for checking in 45 min early which I get is standard some places but it was 45 min and I had reservations and the room was clean so really no reason it couldn’t have happened, no vending. And poking lot and side walk was iced up pretty good . But polite, staff.

Entry locks did not work always had to go thru the front entrance. Towels were great for a skin exfoliation extremely coarse. Bed was uncomfortable. Rude receptionist wouldn't get off her upon check-in and blamed me for the electronic door locks to enter the building not releasing saying you just have to do four or fives times. Ten times it would not unlock and other guests had the same issues.
