Come stay 30 days at this brand new one bedroom sanctuary in the Parks neighborhood. Thoughtfully laid out and tastefully decorated, this studio is light and bright with vaulted ceilings and modern decor. This welcoming space is an ADU nestled behind a main house that has a long term renter. Access to the unit is via a set of stairs in the back of the property next to a dedicated parking space which allows for maximum privacy.

The Parks neighborhood is tucked off Mt Washington drive and across from Broken Top golf course. It is a quiet park like setting with huge Ponderosa trees, many walking paths, community grilling areas and a pool for your use during the hot summer months.

This studio is a true sanctuary with all the needed amenities for a wonderful 30-day vacation. Whip up a meal in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen and enjoy at a dining table for two or three. A luxurious couch and cushioned window seat provides multiple choices
for just hanging out or watching TV after a day of adventure. A new queen size Keetsa mattress and soft cotton bedding make for good sleeping.

A wonderful balcony sits right out the front door so that you can sip those morning cups of coffee or fire up the gas grill to BBQ. Storage space for your own outdoor equipment like bikes, a paddle board or a kayak is located under the stairs leading up to the
balcony.

If you prefer to get out of town and into nature, there are endless hiking and mountain bike trails just minutes from Summit Sanctuary. The spectacular Cascade Mountains and Mt Bachelor Ski Resort along with cross country skiing and snowshoe opportunities are an easy 20-minute drive providing plenty of choices for outdoor fun
