Summary:

Right on the banks of the Deschutes River, this family-friendly condo offers a spectacular river view that can be enjoyed from the private balcony! You’ll have all the comforts of home with a full kitchen, 2 queen beds in 2 separate areas, 2 bathrooms, a high chair, pack-n-play, and toys and board games! Two pets are welcome for an additional fee. You'll also have access to the pool, hot tub, laundry facilities, and office staff from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM daily!



The Space:

Welcome to "Brews and Views," the affectionately named riverfront condo that is the perfect destination for you and your family this season. This one-bedroom condominium offers a full kitchen, a riverfront balcony, and two separate sleeping areas with enough room to comfortably sleep four. 



The owners of this condo, Unit 224/225, recently purchased the unit and put their own personal touch on it. They are a growing family who have strived to make their space child-friendly, staying here quite often themselves. The have happily stocked this unit with a high chair, pack-n-play, and plenty of new toys and board games for families to enjoy!



The kitchen includes an apartment-sized oven with four stove-top burners, a microwave, a full-size refrigerator and a dishwasher. There are child locks on the cabinets and some of drawers throughout the kitchen and bathrooms.  



The neat thing about this space is that it includes two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a shower/tub combo. In the main living area, you'll find a queen-sized Murphy bed, seating for four to enjoy a home-cooked meal, a gas fireplace, a large flatscreen TV, and a stunning view of the Deschutes River!



The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a dresser and closet space. Privacy is key here, so the bedroom and the living room are separated by a lockable communicating door. You can almost think of this condo as an upscale studio with an additional bedroom and bathroom.



Out on the balcony, you have seating along with an outdoor electric grill. This condo is located on the second floor with a stunning river view. We are a short 10-minute walk to downtown along the river trail. We're also adjacent to Pioneer Park, a beautiful public park with large grassy areas, picnic tables, restrooms and lots of room to chill.

This unit does include new Smart TVs, so you are most certainly welcome to log in to your own personal Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime accounts! Guests also have access to our indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and on-site laundry machines. This unit is also pet-friendly, so feel free to bring up to two furry friends to enjoy the fresh air and scenery with you for a one-time pet fee of $69. We can't wait to host you!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

River View Condo- Edge of Downtown offers its guests an indoor pool and a hot tub. River View Condo- Edge of Downtown also features barbecue grills and laundry facilities.
