Downtown Corner Studio with 270-degree Riverview

Summary:

This ground floor, corner studio sleeps 2 and provides a 270-degree view of the Deschutes River and is a short walk to downtown Bend. There is a king bed, full kitchen and a private patio that overlooks the river. This studio also has a connecting door to Unit 301 "License to Grill" and they are often rented together. In that case, we call the units "Creative Licenses." Just book both units, or call and ask to reserve "Creative Licenses." Also enjoy our indoor pool and hot tub daily!



The Space:

Nestled along the Deschutes River, each unit offers sliding glass doors framing breathtaking views that are sure to have you wishing you would have booked a few more nights. Imagine grilling up your favorites on the barbecue or kicking back with a glass of wine on the patio, all while soaking in the serene river scenery. And if you’re in the mood for a stroll, the Deschutes River Trail runs right behind the property, leading you on a 10-minute walk to downtown Bend. There, you can explore some of our top-rated local shops, restaurants, breweries, and maybe even find a few new favorites to come back to!



Unit 300, our corner unit not only has an amazing view of the river from its patio, but also has windows on its south corner, giving you a panorama of the Deschutes from the comfort of your own living room.



The unit is furnished with a brand new firm king mattress, a brand new leather recliner, a new 50" Smart TV, and an older-style sleeper sofa for additional guests. It’s a cozy, comfortable space and perfect for couples or a friends’ weekend away.



You’ll have a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home, and a Roku-enabled Smart TV so you can stream all your favorite platforms like Netflix, Prime, or HBO Max (just log in with your own accounts and please note basic cable is not available).



Guest Access:

The studio comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a studio in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This studio is not pet-friendly. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought into non-pet rooms. Violations are subject to $250 fines, to be charged to Tenant's credit card.



The studio comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
