Welcome to "Slopey Seconds," a top-floor riverfront condo in downtown Bend. This vacation space features a ski rack and is perfect for skiers in the winter and we suppose snowboarders, too. We'll just say they can have slopey seconds.

The condominium can sleep four. There's a queen bed in the riverfront section. A separate bedroom has a king bed. Guest love this space because it features two separate sleeping areas and two bathrooms. A full kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals. The condo also comes with a gas fireplace and of course the balcony.

The Bend Riverside Commons Condominiums line the Deschutes River and are directly adjacent to Pioneer Park. You have plenty of room to stretch your legs on our grassy patio or in the park next door. Take the riverside trail north or south for a refreshing taste of the outdoors. The proximity to downtown Bend cannot be understated. You can walk to numerous restaurants, pubs and downtown boutiques in under ten minutes.

Our property does include an indoor heated pool and hot tub which are open daily so don't forget to pack those swimsuits!

Basic cable will be provided in the rooms, that means your basic set up of analog channels. You are, however, most certainly welcome to bring your own streaming device, all tv's in our units are flat screen with HDMI hook ups. (HDMI cords not included in room)
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Deschutes River. An indoor pool, 1 hot tub and laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the condo.

Beautiful view and sounds of the river, great walking path easily accessible. Pool and hot tub nearby, and serve their purpose. Washer and dryer units available for a charge. 1BR unit is simply a hotel unit (bed and bathroom) door that connects to the studio. Not as nice as the studio, but serves its purpose. Would stay again!

Fun family visit to Bend!

Our family of four and small dog visited for three nights. We enjoyed the location to downtown and the river walk right outside the door! The pool (dated, needs some repair and a deep clean) was enjoyable for our kids! We were grateful for the affordability of this unit as well! Helps families travel while saving money using a kitchen to cook!

Don't leave anything

Unfortunately, we left my husband Duck jersey I had just given him for his 40th bday. We left it in the closet along with a brand new pair of American Eagle jeans. The were never "found". My son took his clothes out of the closet and saw the items as we were packing up. He thought we would get them so I'm certain they were there before we left. It's just so disappointing. The house was fine. It felt pretty old but they are some low quality updates. Beds were ok, showers ok. For the price, it was acceptable. We wouldn't stay here again.

Nice location

My family enjoyed our stay. The property is adjacent to a nice park which connects to a path along the river. It was a short walk to nearby shops and restaurants. When we needed to drive to more distant locations, it was easy to access US 97. Parking was convenient. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. The unit is not fancy or.super modern, but it was safe and comfortable.

Great Stay!!

The listing was exactly as advertised and maybe slightly better. We were so happy there! The kitchen had all the amenities needed. I loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings listening to the river. The house was clean and organized, and we would love to stay there again!

Excellent location but not worth the price during peak season

The listing pictures made the property appear much newer than it was. The property was on the third floor but that wasn't clear from the listing. We had to drag our luggage up and down the stairs. The bathrooms were cramped and the hallways leading up to the property were more like a cheap roadside motel than a luxury resort (the prices were at that range). We stayed during peak summer and the price per night was significantly higher than the average price shown. But the experience wasn't worth the price.
