Welcome to Broken Top Villa One, our spacious, well appointed two bedroom villa located in the gorgeous and quiet Broken Top gated community. Stay close to everything Bend offers, yet feel like you are far from the crowds in the park like setting.

This beautiful, luxury villa features an open layout with the living room, dining area, updated and equipped kitchen, and game room providing exceptional space for socializing and relaxing together while sitting in front of the fireplace or open to the large outdoor deck. The two bedroom suites, each with king beds and seating areas with smart TVs, provide relaxing private spaces.

- Villa One boasts a spacious 2000 square feet of indoor space as well as two outdoor decks in a park like setting surrounded by aspen trees.

- The kitchen is recently updated and well equipped. Enjoy cooking? This open floor plan provides great space for companionship while creating beautiful meals. Step right out to the deck to trim fresh herbs from the organic planter (when in season) or fire up the BBQ or start the Instant Pot to prepare dinner while you are out and about. Dining table is adjacent to the kitchen.

- Relax in front of the fireplace and watch the fire dance, the trees sway, the chef cook, or a movie on the smart TV.

- Enjoy games? Pull up a seat in the game area for a game of chess (or cribbage, UNO, poker, checkers...) or relax while completing a puzzle.

- The Downstairs Suite consists of spacious private seating area with large smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies, direct access to ground level deck with relaxing seating and gentle lighting, comfortable king-size bed with a view of the aspens out of the window, and ample storage to unpack and feel at home. The attached bathroom has double sinks and a tub/shower (this bathroom is shared by the downstairs areas through a second door).

- The Upstairs Suite encompasses the full upper floor with a king-size bed, a coffee/tea/wine station for added relaxation in your private oasis, a comfortable seating area to unwind after a fun filled day while viewing the smart TV, and a private upstairs deck with multiple seating areas to enjoy the fresh air. The upper bathroom boasts an exceptionally large shower, double sinks, and a large walk-in closet. There is plenty of storage to unpack and enjoy your home away from home.

- Need to get a little work done? Our compact 'Zoom-Room' allows for separation of work and play. The area is closed from the open main level and includes a ring light to keep your eyes popping on the screen! Use the same background as at home and it is undetectable that you are about to hit Mt Bachelor!

- Plan to recreate? Our outdoor secure storage will hold your skis/boards, fly fishing rods, golf clubs, or surf boards.

- Are you a Broken Top Club member? Enjoy the the beautiful Broken Top Club clubhouse, golf course, pickle ball and tennis courts, or seasonal swimming pool; all are just steps away from Villa One. These amenities are not available to the public, but are for club members only. Please stop by the Club House to discuss membership options if you are interested.
