This property was a train wreck from booking on. Used Expedia and requested pay at property. Property processed payment without me being at property as requested. Booked and Paid for a king room and got there and they stuck me in a queen. Hotel key cards stopped working several times during the stay. Completely unacceptable. Expect much better from a Hyatt. Never will use Hyatt's again

A little dim but mostly sparkle

The hotel itself was top notch very new and well thought out spaces. The room was a great size and we loved the spacious bathroom. However, all the sparkles were kinda dimmed with the quality of the bed and pillows just wasn't as comfy as we hoped. We also were less than impressed with the breakfast, it tasted fine but they didn't have like heated trays for it, so it was almost cold when we served ourselves and sat down to eat. We were hoping for a bit more variety as well, some healthy options would have been nice. We also would have loved to have the milks in little cartons for the kids, and maybe some individual yogurts. Definitely overall impressed with the stay and the location of this place just missed the mark on a few things that we've had a better experience elsewhere.

Wonderful stay!

Great place. It was full of guests for various events and the lobby and bar stayed full of laughter and fun. We never heard a thing once in our room. Very clean, comfortable, and all needs were met. Close to everything. The check in desk had a pleasant young lady who gave all the info we would need. Check out guy could use some people skills.

Property was very clean and in a great area where we felt safe. Conveniently located and short drive to U of A. My only complain would be that we could hear walking from upstairs but it wasn’t a big deal.

When I arrived to check in, the front desk clerk was talking to some people, looked at the 4 of us in line, and put a sign up saying that they would be back shortly. She didn’t said a word to any of us before she walked away. Multiple staff members walked by and looked at us and never said someone will be right with you or anything. We waited about 10 minutes for the clerk to return. And the refrigerator in the room still had drinks in it from the previous guest.
