When we arrived at the hotel they said they only had a king bed available instead of two queens. This simply would not work. After holding my ground for about 15 minutes they magically found an available room with two queen beds. They said this frequently happens with 3rd party bookings.

Weekend stay review.

Friendly and polite staff. Clean. Comfortable. Accommodating. Spacious rooms. Shower, beds, pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. Bartender was nice... i asked for a sweet mixed drink, and he hit it out of the park with a blue hawaiian. Pool/hot tub were clean and relaxing. Free wifi came in handy. Check in/out were a breeze when i booked a full weekend room. I called prior to inform hotel i was probably arriving later than 530 per instructions, ended up able to arrive early in the day and had no issues.

This hotel was probably the cleanest I've ever been in. You can tell this place is ran like a well oiled machine. Great employees. Comfy beds. Nice pool area. (Not heated but there is a hot tub too) The shower was nice sized. We'd definitely stay there again.

Booked a handicap room two months ago that I had stay in during March. Loved the room due to my husbands knee surgery. I asked if I was in the same handicap room that I had booked and he said no because you’re not handicap. So now we are in a one bed room very small room. It’s the point that I booked the room and did not receive!!

Room not ready when I entered

After I checked in and went to my room the bed was unmade and couch cushions all over the place. It was like the cleaner left midway through the cleaning. The front desk person went and finished the room while I waited as that was the last room available.
