There are not one but two separate patios to enjoy the outside and one is adjacent to the Joe Martin bike room. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unlike most B&Bs, this one has very nice cutlery plates actual wine glasses mugs cups. It really feels like an actual house, not like somebody’s throwaways. Also thought the house shoes in everyone’s drawer was a nice touch. Perfect spot close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay at the Saint-Germain. This cozy house was kept very clean and was the perfect size for our small family (one kid in tow). We liked how close this property was to all of the destinations we were planning while in Bentonville (and walkable to many). Everything about the house was great: very comfortable beds, spacious living/dining area, everything was very clean and well maintained. We had a great visit to the area (it was our first time in Bentonville to see the art museum)...we plan to come back and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great Mountain Bike Getaway

The property is very clean, centrally located to the Bentonville town square and the Slaughter Pen trailheads. We were within blocks of it all. This is a great choice if you just want to park your vehicle and bike or walk. Highly recommend.
